Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. By using this website or making a purchase either electronically via this site, or by phone, fax, or in person, you agree to be bound by them.
Slaters Bikes has made all reasonable efforts to accurately display the sizes, colours, shapes and patterns of the goods offered for sale on this site. However colours in particular may differ due to computer visual settings and hardware.
We must receive payment of the whole amount for the goods ordered up front. Once your order has been received we will send an email confirmation to you at the address provided. The price payable for goods that you order are as set out in this site,
the prices payable exclude delivery charges. These are shown separately
when ordering. Certain items may be subject
to an additional delivery surcharge. This will be included in the price and
shown with the product description, if applicable. Prices are subject to
change without notice and are inclusive of VAT.
In the case of overseas delivery, the price is exclusive of any import or
export duty. See below.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods, or we do not deliver to your area or country; or if we have reason to believe that you will fail to pay for the goods or that you will not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
We will deliver the goods ordered to the address supplied for delivery at the time of ordering. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is received. Ownership of the goods will transfer to you when we receive full payment for them and once delivery has been made in full. Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses or if we feel the address is not secure, for example a communal postal address.
At present, we do not take orders via this website for international delivery. However, if you would like your order to be shipped outside the UK, please send details to: email@slatersbikes.co.uk and we'll get back to you.
Slaters Bikes reserves the right to change terms, conditions, and notices under which this website is offered. This right shall not affect the existing terms and conditions accepted by you upon making a legitimate purchase using this website.
